🛍️ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Products with missing parts

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

⚠️ Items returned without prior approval or after 7 days will not be accepted.


🔄 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Products returned after being used or opened


📩 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at: support@zonwish.com

  2. Include the following details:

    • Order Number

    • Product Name(s)

    • Reason for Return

    • Photo/Video proof (if applicable)

  3. Wait for our response with return instructions and address.

🚚 Please do not send items back without receiving confirmation and a return reference.


📦 Shipping for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If your return is rejected due to not meeting policy conditions, we will notify you and arrange to resend the item back (shipping costs may apply).


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, email us at support@zonwish.com with your order details.
